Rent-A-Sire Legal Terms
Effective date: March 15, 2026
These terms govern all Rent-A-Sire services offered by Triple 5 Farms. By booking, receiving, boarding, handling, or otherwise participating in this service, the customer accepts these terms in full.
1) Service Scope
Rent-A-Sire is a breeding service. It is not a guarantee of conception, pregnancy, kidding count, milk production, or commercial outcome. Animal biology varies and breeding outcomes are never guaranteed.
2) Full Custody Responsibility During Deliver-A-Sire
While a Triple 5 sire is in the renter's possession, the renter assumes full responsibility for the animal's care, safety, containment, supervision, and condition. This includes responsibility for injury, illness, escape, theft, death, negligence, and any husbandry failure.
The renter is financially responsible for losses up to the sire's full potential lifetime breeding value and income generation potential, including direct and consequential loss tied to reduced or eliminated future breeding service value, to the maximum extent permitted by applicable law.
3) Property Damage and Injury Liability
Triple 5 Farms is not responsible for property damage, livestock injury, personal injury, third-party claims, or incident costs caused by or involving the sire while under renter custody or on renter premises.
The renter accepts all risk and liability for containment, fencing adequacy, supervision, interaction management, and site safety.
4) In-House Siring Terms
For doe boarding at Triple 5 Farms, customers are responsible for truthful health disclosure and compliance with intake requirements. Triple 5 Farms may decline intake, terminate boarding, or require removal when health, biosecurity, behavioral, or operational concerns exist.
5) Closed Herd and Biosecurity
Incoming goats must meet current intake requirements communicated during scheduling. Failure to meet requirements can result in denial, delay, or cancellation without liability to Triple 5 Farms.
6) Payment Terms
Published pricing applies unless updated in writing before booking confirmation. Charges accrue according to the selected service model. Unpaid balances may suspend or terminate service and may be referred for collection where lawful.
7) No Warranty and Limitation of Liability
All services are provided as-is and as-available. Triple 5 Farms disclaims all implied warranties to the maximum extent permitted by law. Triple 5 Farms is not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages connected to this service.
8) Indemnification
The customer agrees to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Triple 5 Farms, its owners, staff, and affiliates from claims, losses, damages, liabilities, costs, and attorney fees arising from customer actions, omissions, herd conditions, facility conditions, or third-party incidents related to Rent-A-Sire participation.
9) Governing Law and Dispute Process
These terms are governed by Tennessee law where applicable. Any dispute not resolved informally may be handled through binding arbitration on an individual basis, with waiver of class or representative proceedings, unless prohibited by controlling law.
10) Contact
