Account Suspension and Removal Policy
Effective date: March 12, 2026
1. Purpose
This policy defines when and how Triple 5 Farms may suspend, restrict, or remove account access to protect users, platform integrity, and legal compliance.
2. Grounds for suspension or removal
Action may be taken for reasons including:
- false identity, false submissions, or misleading listings;
- payment manipulation, mismatch, or abusive chargeback behavior;
- harassment, threats, spam, or abusive messaging;
- repeated policy noncompliance after warning;
- suspected fraud, scam activity, or risk indicators;
- legal requests, preservation requirements, or operational security concerns.
3. Types of action
Triple 5 Farms may apply one or more actions:
- warning or corrective request;
- temporary feature restriction;
- listing unpublication or rejection;
- account suspension;
- permanent access removal.
4. Immediate action rights
Where risk is high, Triple 5 Farms may act without prior notice. No prior warning is required where abuse, fraud, or safety concerns exist.
5. Data and records
Suspension or removal does not require immediate hard deletion of records. Data handling follows retention, archival, legal hold, and purge schedules.
6. Appeals and reconsideration
Triple 5 Farms may allow reconsideration requests at its discretion, but reinstatement is not guaranteed.
7. Cross-policy enforcement
This policy operates with Terms of Service, Acceptable Use, moderation policies, and retention policies.
