2. Approved contact channels
Use platform forms, official email responses, and listed contact methods on published pages. Do not impersonate platform staff or represent unofficial channels as official.
3. Communication standards
All users must communicate in a respectful, factual, and non-harassing way. Prohibited conduct includes spam, abusive language, threats, discrimination, repeated unwanted contact, and deceptive identity claims.
4. Inquiry handling
Inquiries may be stored and routed to support moderation, abuse prevention, and quality review. Triple 5 Farms may reduce visibility of direct contact prompts for sold/archived listings or risk-flagged records.
5. Response timing
Triple 5 Farms and private sellers aim for practical response times, but immediate replies are not guaranteed.
6. Enforcement
Triple 5 Farms may warn, throttle, restrict, or suspend accounts for communication abuse, including repeated policy violations.
7. Evidence and records
Communication records may be retained according to retention policy for dispute handling, safety investigations, and legal compliance.
8. Legal notices
Formal legal notices should be sent using contact details posted in site legal/contact pages.
