Animal Pickup, Transfer, and Transport Policy

1. Scope
This policy governs pickup, transfer coordination, and transport expectations for livestock transactions initiated through the platform.
2. Responsibility boundaries
Unless explicitly stated on a specific listing, Triple 5 Farms is not the transporter, carrier, veterinary certifier, or custody guarantor for third-party livestock sales.
3. Transfer conditions
Before transfer, parties should confirm:
- identity of buyer and seller;
- exact animal identification and status;
- transfer date/time/location;
- paperwork, registry records, and disclosures;
- payment completion status;
- transport readiness and handling requirements.
4. Transport and custody risk
Risk of loss, injury, delay, or transport issues transfers according to the agreed transaction terms between parties. Triple 5 Farms does not guarantee transport performance or outcomes.
5. Health and suitability limits
Animal condition can change over time. Buyers are responsible for inspection, quarantine planning, and veterinary decisions after transfer.
6. Compliance requirements
All participants are responsible for compliance with applicable animal movement rules, permit requirements, and local/state/federal law.
7. Documentation
Retain written records for handoff details, payment confirmation, and any condition disclosures made at transfer.
