Booking Cancellation, Reschedule, and Weather Policy

1. Scope
This policy applies to farm experiences, tours, workshops, events, and private booking requests managed through the platform.
2. Booking status and confirmation
A request is not confirmed until the booking workflow marks it confirmed or scheduled. Deposit or payment review may be required before final scheduling.
3. Cancellation by participant
Participant cancellation terms may vary by experience type and notice window. Unless a specific written exception applies, deposits may be non-refundable and rescheduling may be limited.
4. Reschedule handling
Reschedule requests are subject to availability, staffing, seasonal constraints, and operational conditions. Approval is discretionary and not guaranteed.
5. Weather and farm conditions
Farm operations depend on weather and ground conditions. Triple 5 Farms may delay, modify, or cancel experiences for safety, animal welfare, or site-condition reasons.
6. Operator cancellation rights
Triple 5 Farms may cancel or reschedule bookings for risk, safety, animal welfare, staffing, compliance, or force-majeure events. Remedy, if any, may be limited to reschedule options or discretionary credit based on the specific booking terms.
7. Conduct and safety
Participants must follow safety instructions and posted rules. Unsafe behavior may result in immediate removal without refund where permitted by law.
8. Minors and guardians
Minors must be accompanied by responsible adults as required by the booking terms. Guardian consent is required where applicable.
