Buyer Terms
Effective date: March 12, 2026
1. Scope
These terms apply to buyers and prospective buyers using the Triple 5 Farms platform, including livestock marketplace inquiries, farm goods orders, and booking-related purchase actions.
2. Buyer responsibilities
You agree to:
- provide accurate contact and transaction information;
- communicate in good faith and for legitimate purchase intent;
- verify listing details, seller identity, condition claims, and logistics before committing;
- comply with payment instructions, timing, and reference-note requirements;
- comply with applicable law for animal transfer, transport, and handling.
3. Due diligence requirement
Buyers are responsible for their own due diligence. Triple 5 Farms does not guarantee that any listing detail, partner claim, or seller statement is complete or correct in every case.
4. Inquiries and holds
Submitting an inquiry does not secure ownership, transport, or priority unless explicitly confirmed by the relevant workflow. Hold requests and reservation requests are subject to seller approval and policy controls.
5. Payment and verification
Where manual payment workflows are used, buyers must follow instructions exactly, including order or reference details. Incorrect amount, missing reference, or unverifiable payment may result in suspension or cancellation.
6. Refund expectations
Unless a specific policy or written confirmation states otherwise, payments may be non-refundable or conditionally refundable at operator discretion for fraud prevention, abuse control, or operational protection.
7. Conduct requirements
Harassment, spam, manipulation, chargeback abuse, impersonation, or policy evasion may result in account restriction and record retention for enforcement.
8. Dispute process
Buyer disputes are handled under posted dispute-resolution terms, including arbitration where applicable, and Tennessee governing-law provisions.
