Fee and Refund Policy
Effective date: March 12, 2026
1. Scope
This policy applies to platform fees, renewals, partner memberships, ad packages, and other paid platform services.
2. Fee publication
Current pricing is controlled by platform configuration and public purchase flows. Pricing may change over time with updated publication.
3. Manual payment verification
Some payments are verified manually or semi-manually. A submitted payment is not final until verified against order reference, amount, and policy checks.
4. Suspended and auto-canceled states
Orders or purchases may be suspended or auto-canceled when:
- payment is missing or mismatched;
- required payment reference is missing;
- timing window expires;
- fraud/risk checks fail;
- required listing or campaign criteria are not met.
5. Refund framework
Unless required by law or expressly approved by Triple 5 Farms, fees for published listing services, fulfilled ad periods, completed renewals, and consumed platform services are generally non-refundable.
Refund review may be considered for:
- duplicate charges;
- verified billing error;
- failed service activation not caused by user noncompliance.
6. Partner and ad billing
Partner membership and ad package fees are subject to approval and policy compliance. Campaign rejection for policy reasons may result in credit/review handling at platform discretion.
7. Hard goods and bookings
Hard goods and booking refunds follow their own policy pages and may include additional conditions for preparation, perishability, scheduling, and weather impacts.
