Hard Goods Order and Fulfillment Policy
Effective date: March 12, 2026
1. Scope
This policy covers physical farm goods sold through Triple 5 Farms order workflows, including stocked items, quote-required items, pickup-only items, and local delivery options where enabled.
2. Order flow
Orders move through operational states (for example: awaiting review, awaiting quote, awaiting payment, payment review, paid, ready for pickup, shipped, completed, suspended, canceled, auto-canceled).
3. Inventory and reservation
Inventory can be soft-reserved at submission. Unpaid orders may be auto-canceled after configured deadlines, and reserved quantity is then released.
4. Manual payment verification
Payment may be requested through QR/manual instructions. Orders are not finalized until payment is matched and verified.
5. Fulfillment constraints
Fulfillment timing depends on product type, quote requirements, pickup coordination, and shipping handling constraints.
6. Cancellations and exceptions
Triple 5 Farms may suspend or cancel orders for payment mismatch, stock conflicts, fraud risk, policy issues, or operational limits.
