Legal Hold Policy
This page applies to account holders, marketplace sellers, buyers, support participants, partners, and staff who interact with records governed by this policy.
This policy is part of the operational framework for the Triple 5 Farms platform and applies to relevant users and workflows.
The policy is designed to balance privacy, operational accountability, safety response, and practical marketplace administration across listings, inquiries, moderation actions, and account lifecycle events.
- Authorized administrators may place legal hold on accounts, listings, inquiries, or related records.
- Legal hold requires a reason and stores actor/time metadata for auditability.
- While hold is active, automated purge is suspended for affected records.
- Hold release is recorded with reason and timestamp before normal retention resumes.
- Legal hold may apply to disputes, fraud investigations, abuse reports, legal requests, and tax/accounting reviews.
Governing law and dispute framework
Where permitted by law, platform disputes are handled through individual arbitration and governed by Tennessee law.
Operational retention and deletion decisions are documented through role-based workflows, reason-coded actions, and timestamped audit events for accountability.
