Listing Rules and Standards
Effective date: March 12, 2026
1. Purpose
These standards define the minimum listing quality and conduct requirements for marketplace publication.
2. Required listing elements
Each listing must include:
- accurate species and breed information;
- sex and age details (or best-known range);
- realistic price or clear pricing method;
- practical temperament and handling notes;
- current health and care disclosures relevant to buyer decisions;
- pickup location and contact path;
- clear photos representing the actual animal.
3. Accuracy and non-deception
Do not post fabricated, exaggerated, or materially misleading claims. If you do not know a fact, say that clearly. Registry, lineage, production, and health statements must be supportable.
4. Photo standards
Photos must:
- depict the listed animal;
- be current enough to reflect actual condition;
- avoid misleading edits;
- avoid text overlays that hide key visual details.
5. Pricing standards
Prices must be honest and operationally meaningful. Do not use bait pricing, hidden mandatory fees, or fake low prices intended to force off-platform negotiation.
6. Communication standards
Use respectful, direct communication. No harassment, coercion, threats, spam, or discriminatory language.
7. Listing lifecycle rules
Sellers must keep listings current. Mark listings sold, reserved, or removed as soon as status changes. Repeated stale or misleading availability may trigger moderation action.
8. Moderation outcomes
Listings may be:
- approved and published;
- returned for revision;
- rejected;
- archived or removed.
Repeat violations can lead to seller restrictions.
9. Platform authority
Triple 5 Farms may edit formatting, require corrections, or remove content to protect user trust, legal compliance, and platform quality.
10. Legal fit
These standards are part of the site terms. Listing submission confirms acceptance.
