Effective date: March 12, 2026
1. Purpose
This policy identifies listing categories and behaviors that are not allowed on the platform.
2. Prohibited listing content
The following are prohibited:
- unlawful sale offers or transfers;
- fraudulent ownership claims;
- fabricated registry, pedigree, or health documentation;
- deceptive or materially false descriptions;
- duplicate spam listings intended to manipulate visibility;
- listings designed primarily to collect contacts rather than transact in good faith;
- abusive, threatening, or discriminatory language.
3. Prohibited transaction behavior
Users may not:
- solicit illegal payments or laundering behavior;
- impersonate farms, registries, or third-party authorities;
- run bait-and-switch tactics;
- request buyers bypass core platform rules to avoid moderation.
4. Restricted risk scenarios
Triple 5 Farms may reject or remove listings that create elevated trust, legal, welfare, or fraud risk, including high-risk anomalies in pricing, identity, or health claims.
5. Enforcement
Enforcement actions include:
- immediate unpublishing;
- revision request;
- rejection;
- seller warning;
- temporary or permanent account restriction;
- preservation of records for audit/legal hold when required.
6. Reporting and review
Users may report suspicious listings. Triple 5 Farms may request supporting information from sellers before restoring visibility.
7. No publication right
Submission does not create a right to publication. Triple 5 Farms may refuse or remove listings at its discretion for safety, policy, legal, or operational reasons.
