Shipping, Pickup, and Local Delivery Policy

This policy explains how shipping, pickup, and local delivery choices are handled for farm goods.
2. Shipping-eligible items
Only items flagged as shippable can be shipped. Some products require manual shipping quotes before final payment.
3. Pickup-only items
Items flagged pickup-only must be collected according to provided instructions and coordination windows.
4. Local delivery
Local delivery is limited to enabled service areas and may include additional fees and scheduling requirements.
5. Tracking and readiness
When shipped, tracking details are posted to order records. For pickup, orders may move to ready-for-pickup after preparation.
6. Missed windows and non-collection
Uncollected items, failed delivery attempts, or missing coordination responses may lead to reschedule fees, cancellation, or restocking actions according to order policy.
7. Customer responsibilities
Customers are responsible for providing accurate contact details, monitoring order updates, and confirming availability during scheduled pickup or delivery windows. Incorrect addresses or incomplete instructions may delay fulfillment and may require additional coordination.
8. Operational limits
Shipping carriers, weather, road conditions, and farm operations can impact fulfillment timing. Triple 5 Farms may adjust scheduling windows when needed to protect product quality, safety, and practical delivery reliability.
