Support and Contribution Terms
Effective date: March 12, 2026
1. Scope
These terms apply to all support-related activity on Triple 5 Farms, including one-time contributions, recurring contributions, sponsorship-style support, campaign goal support, and support merch participation.
By submitting support through this site, you agree to these terms and the general site terms.
2. Nature of support
Support is intended to help real farm projects and operations.
Contributions and sponsorship-style support do not create ownership, equity, partnership rights, voting rights, or management rights in Triple 5 Farms.
Except where required by law, support does not create a guaranteed right to specific outcomes, timelines, milestones, production targets, content frequency, or project completion dates.
Campaign goals, examples, and timelines are estimates shared for transparency and planning, not contractual guarantees.
3. Eligibility and account responsibility
You must provide accurate contact and payment reference information when participating.
If you use an account, you are responsible for activity under that account and for keeping login details secure.
If you submit on behalf of a business or organization, you represent that you are authorized to bind that business or organization to these terms.
4. Contribution types and recurring support
Support offers may include one-time amounts, preset tiers, custom contribution amounts, and recurring monthly or yearly support.
By opting into recurring support, you authorize repeated charges or payment requests at the cadence selected until canceled.
You may cancel recurring support at any time through available account controls or by contacting support, but cancellation applies prospectively and does not automatically reverse already processed contributions.
Where manual payment methods are used, recurring support may require confirmation each cycle.
5. Campaign updates and operational realities
Project updates, impact notes, and milestone posts are provided in good faith based on farm operations, weather, labor availability, animal health realities, market conditions, and supply constraints.
Triple 5 Farms may adjust campaign implementation details, sequencing, or project methods when operationally necessary.
6. Payment methods and verification
Support payment flows may include manual or semi-manual verification, including payment-reference matching for QR/Cash App style payments.
A contribution is considered received only after verification is completed in the platform.
If payment details are incomplete, mismatched, reversed, disputed, or not verifiable, Triple 5 Farms may hold, reject, suspend, or cancel the related contribution record.
Public recognition, supporter wall placement, and supporter badges may be delayed until verification and moderation checks are complete.
7. Recognition, anonymity, and supporter content
Where recognition features exist, you may choose public name display or anonymous display.
Triple 5 Farms may moderate or remove supporter display names and supporter messages that violate site standards, include prohibited content, or create legal risk.
You grant Triple 5 Farms a non-exclusive right to display your approved supporter name and supporter message in connection with campaign transparency and community features, subject to your anonymity selection.
8. Use of funds and campaign flexibility
Support funds may be used for the named campaign purpose and related operational costs needed to execute that purpose in a real farm setting.
If a specific campaign is paused, completed early, becomes impractical, or requires adjustment, Triple 5 Farms may apply support to substantially similar farm operations, animal care, infrastructure, or mission-aligned needs, unless prohibited by law.
9. Support merch terms
Support merch items are mission-support purchases and may be made-to-order, limited-run, or fulfillment-dependent.
Estimated fulfillment windows are not guaranteed delivery dates.
If an item cannot be fulfilled as offered, Triple 5 Farms may provide a substitute option, credit, or other commercially reasonable resolution.
Standard store policies may also apply where expressly stated on the merch listing.
10. Refunds, reversals, and chargebacks
Unless required by law or due to verified processing error by Triple 5 Farms, contributions are generally final once processed.
If a payment is reversed, disputed, or charged back, Triple 5 Farms may remove associated recognition, pause related benefits, and recover resulting processing or administrative costs where allowed.
11. Prohibited conduct
You may not use support features to submit fraudulent information, impersonate others, launder funds, test stolen payment instruments, harass staff or contributors, or post unlawful, defamatory, or abusive content.
Violations may result in account restrictions, contribution cancellation, removal of supporter content, and referral to applicable authorities where appropriate.
12. No tax advice or tax deduction guarantee
Unless explicitly stated in writing for a specific program, contributions through this site should not be assumed to be tax-deductible.
You are responsible for obtaining independent tax advice regarding your contribution treatment.
13. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Triple 5 Farms is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from support participation, campaign changes, platform interruption, or delayed updates.
Aggregate liability for direct damages related to a support transaction is limited to the amount actually paid by you for that transaction.
14. Indemnification
You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Triple 5 Farms, its owners, staff, affiliates, and service providers from claims, losses, liabilities, damages, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising from your breach of these terms, your submitted content, your misuse of support features, or your violation of law.
15. Dispute resolution, arbitration, and governing law
By using support features, you agree that disputes relating to these terms or support transactions will be resolved through binding individual arbitration, except where applicable law requires otherwise.
You waive participation in class actions and class arbitration to the extent permitted by law.
These terms are governed by Tennessee law, without regard to conflict-of-law principles, except where preempted by controlling law.
16. Changes to these terms
Triple 5 Farms may update these terms to reflect platform, legal, or operational changes.
Updated terms become effective when posted with a revised effective date.
Continued use of support features after updates constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
17. Contact
Questions about these terms can be submitted through the site contact page or published business contact channels.
