Terms of Service

1. Scope and acceptance
By accessing or using the Triple 5 Farms website, including livestock listings, farm goods, support campaigns, farm experiences, and partner network features, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the site.
These terms apply to all visitors, account holders, sellers, buyers, partners, advertisers, supporters, and booking participants.
2. Platform role
Triple 5 Farms operates a platform and provides publishing, discovery, communication, and administrative tooling. Except where a page clearly states that Triple 5 Farms is the direct seller or host, Triple 5 Farms is not the buyer, seller, broker, auctioneer, transporter, veterinarian, insurer, or payment processor for private-party livestock transactions.
3. Eligibility and accounts
You must provide accurate information when creating an account or submitting forms. You are responsible for account activity and for maintaining secure credentials. Triple 5 Farms may suspend or close accounts for policy violations, fraud indicators, abusive conduct, false submissions, or operational risk.
4. User responsibilities
You agree to:
- provide truthful, non-misleading information;
- keep listing, product, booking, and contact details current;
- follow posted rules for listings, orders, bookings, advertising, and communications;
- comply with applicable federal, Tennessee, and local laws;
- avoid spam, harassment, impersonation, and deceptive conduct.
5. Content and moderation rights
You retain ownership of your submitted content, but you grant Triple 5 Farms a license to host, display, reproduce, and moderate that content for site operations, marketing excerpts, fraud prevention, and support handling.
Triple 5 Farms may edit formatting, request revisions, unpublish, reject, archive, or remove content at its discretion, with or without prior notice, when needed for policy, legal, quality, or safety reasons.
6. Payments, fees, and manual verification
Some workflows use manual or semi-manual payment handling, including QR/Cash App style instructions. Submission of payment does not guarantee immediate approval, fulfillment, publication, booking confirmation, or sale outcome. Orders, campaigns, memberships, and ad purchases may be placed in review, suspended, canceled, or auto-canceled based on verification and policy checks.
7. No guarantees
Triple 5 Farms does not guarantee:
- transaction completion;
- listing performance or lead quality;
- buyer or seller conduct;
- animal condition, suitability, or fitness;
- availability of third-party services.
8. Disclaimers and limitation of liability
The site and services are provided "as is" and "as available" to the fullest extent allowed by law. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Triple 5 Farms disclaims implied warranties and is not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, special, exemplary, or punitive damages arising from platform use, private-party transactions, missed opportunities, or third-party actions.
9. Indemnification
You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Triple 5 Farms and its owners, operators, affiliates, and service providers from claims, losses, liabilities, costs, and expenses (including reasonable attorney fees) arising from your content, transactions, conduct, policy violations, or legal noncompliance.
10. Dispute resolution and arbitration
Any dispute related to these terms or your use of the platform will be resolved through binding individual arbitration, except matters that may be brought in small claims court or where injunctive relief is needed to protect site operations or intellectual property. Class, consolidated, or representative actions are waived to the extent permitted by law.
11. Governing law and venue
These terms are governed by Tennessee law, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Where court proceedings are permitted, venue will lie in Tennessee unless applicable law requires otherwise.
12. Changes to terms
Triple 5 Farms may update these terms as the platform evolves. Updated terms are effective when posted with a revised effective date. Continued use after updates constitutes acceptance.
