Transaction Responsibility Disclaimer

1. Private-party responsibility
For marketplace listings and referral flows, transactions are between buyer and seller (or buyer and partner), not with Triple 5 Farms unless a page clearly states direct Triple 5 ownership.
2. Buyer responsibilities
Buyers are responsible for:
- verifying identity and ownership claims;
- evaluating animal suitability, health records, and handling notes;
- confirming pickup, transfer, and transport details;
- understanding payment instructions and references.
3. Seller responsibilities
Sellers are responsible for accurate representations, lawful sale conduct, disclosure of material facts, and compliance with applicable law.
4. Platform limitation
Triple 5 Farms is not liable for disputes arising from private-party contract terms, payment disagreements, transfer logistics, or alleged misrepresentation by users.
5. Escalation and records
Triple 5 Farms may review reports, preserve records, or suspend users under policy, but this does not create a duty to resolve every private-party dispute.
